Every table sits in a semi-private room behind pale green frosted glass, from a lunch for one to a dinner for thirty.

From Peking duck to Shanghai crab in season.

Crisp-skinned Peking duck and whole braised shark fin are the signatures. From October to March, Shanghai crab can be added to any course. At lunch, two set menus come with Peking duck; dinner is mostly courses.
